Software services

31Labs develops business software, including HUB, MyShowroom, and payUS. This website does not create a software subscription or guarantee any product’s availability. Product access, features, pricing, support, subscription cancellation, and any software refund terms must be confirmed in the applicable product agreement before purchase.

MyShowroom and retailer sales

MyShowroom is inventory and point-of-sale software for mattress and furniture retailers. Retailers connect their own Stripe accounts and receive payments for their own customer sales. 31Labs provides software and does not sell the retailers’ mattresses or furniture.

The retailer is the seller for those purchases. Contact the retailer for questions about purchased goods, orders, fulfillment, returns, cancellations, or refunds. Stripe services are subject to the applicable Stripe agreements.

Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our software and contact us. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Names, logos, and website content may not be used to imply an endorsement or affiliation without permission.
