This notice describes this public 31Labs website. It does not describe data handling inside HUB, MyShowroom, or payUS. Contact us for privacy information about a specific software product before providing product account or customer data.

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected product, and message. Submissions are stored with our hosting provider in a private inbox accessible to authorized 31Labs staff. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include card numbers or other sensitive payment information. We retain inquiries as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form.

Website technology

This website has no public account registration, payment form, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts added by 31Labs. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure their services.

Website hosting and email delivery involve service providers processing information needed to provide those services. Requests about information you have provided can be sent using our contact form.

Retailer purchases and Stripe

Retailers using MyShowroom connect their own Stripe accounts and receive payments for their own sales. Questions about a purchase or the retailer’s handling of customer information should be directed to that retailer. Stripe describes its own practices in its privacy policy.
